Delivery policy
How and when you receive the result of your digital orders.
In short
- All our services are digital: nothing is shipped.
- The result is shown in your order and an email lets you know at the key steps.
Delivery of the result
The result (code, licence, access or report) appears in the order details, under “My orders”. An email lets you know at the key steps, for example when the order is delivered.
Delivery times
The delivery time shown on the service page is an estimate. It starts once the order is confirmed and depends on the accuracy of the information you entered. Some services are delivered in a few seconds, others in several hours or several days.
Tracking
Track each order from your account. If the estimated time is exceeded, contact support with the order number. A delay does not mean that the order has been rejected.
Order that cannot be completed
If the order is rejected, its amount is automatically credited back to your balance (see Refunds and returns).
