The service
UnlockRapide offers digital GSM services online: unlocking, device checks, licences, credits and tool rentals.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your access details secret. You are responsible for the orders placed from your account or with your API key. We may suspend an account in case of fraud or abuse.
Your balance
Your balance is topped up with the available payment methods and is used to pay for services on the website. It cannot be withdrawn online or transferred to another account.
Orders and prices
The price charged is the one shown when you confirm. A confirmed order debits your balance and is processed straight away.
Delivery times and results
Delivery times are estimates. Some results depend on manufacturers or carriers and cannot be guaranteed in advance. The status shown in your account is the reference.
Tool rentals
Access is provided for the duration shown on the service page. If it does not work, open a claim from the order.
Authorised use
Only order for devices or accounts you are entitled to have processed, never for a stolen or lost device. Fraud leads to account suspension.
Liability
We are not responsible for a result that is impossible because of incorrect information, nor for decisions made by manufacturers or carriers.
Disputes
First contact support with the order number: we always look for an amicable solution. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Guinea.
Changes
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page.
