- amount and transaction reference. We never receive your secret codes.

- sign-in information (device, date), to protect your account.
What it is used for
- Managing and securing your account.
- Processing your orders and top-ups.
- Keeping you informed by email or WhatsApp.
- Answering your support requests.
Sharing
Your data is only shared with the technical partners essential to the service (payment, hosting, messaging) and with the authorities when the law requires it.
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google sends us your name and email address to create your account or sign you in. We never receive your Google password.
Cookies
The website only uses the cookies it needs to work (sign-in, security, referral). No advertising cookies.
Retention and security
Your data is kept while your account is active, then for as long as the law requires. Your connection to the website is encrypted and your password is never stored in plain text.
